La Rosière

Our snowkite school is based in the Petit St Bernard Pass, between France and Italy. You can to reach the spot from 2 resorts : La Rosière (France) or La Thuile (Italie). The spot is very, very, VERY good regarding snow quality AND quantity. On top of that, it's also quite windy as its located in a pass between 2 great valleys. What makes this location amazing is that, even being in the mountains, the wind up here is extremely stable. No dangerous gusts like you often have in the mountains. Perfect for teaching beginners and for those looking for an easy route into the sport.

In the heart of the Haute-Tarentaise, at 1850 m above sea level, on a "balcony" facing due South, La Rosière is a friendly resort built respecting mountain architectural traditions.

Linked with La Thuile in Italy, it is the only Savoyard resort to offer an international ski area of 150 km pisted runs: "L'Espace San Bernardo". The savours of the Italian food for a well earned lunch or the magic of heliskiing will help you enjoy the thrills of skiing without borders.

With the label "Famille Plus Montagne" thanks to the numerous facilities and services available to children, La Rosière also offers a large choice of après ski activities and entertaining nights to spend with family.
