Before we determine if Kiting can actually make us happy we have to determine what happiness is? Ever really thought about this? Me neither until I started actually questioning this stuff…
Firstly we hear from Sonja Lyubomirsky, Professor of Psychology at the University of California Riverside, who defines happiness for us. Professor Lyubomirsky is one of the worlds leading researchers into the science of happiness and the effects of happiness interventions, has published numerous professional papers and articles and is the author of the best-selling, “The How of Happiness & The Myths of Happiness.”
